Kaizen

The concept of kaizen is utilized by every employee at K.O.K. to increase efficiency and decrease waste.

We believe that the small efforts and changes made consistently by each employee can develop into exponentially larger efforts to reduce waste and improve overall product quality.

Lean

The practice of lean manufacturing is in place to reduce waste and increase customer satisfaction.

When we utilize lean practices, we decrease the rejection rates and increase product quality, therefore decreasing the amount of waste and improving the durability and lifespan of our products.

Total Productive Maintenance

We meticulously maintain our facilities, our equipment, and our tools to increase the up-time of all of our production capabilities. 

Doing so increases both the efficiency and the quality of our production, which in turn ensures minimal waste.
