KOK exercises lean practices. The philosophy behind the practice is increasing customer satisfaction by diminishing waste. Lean practice plays a large part in improving lead times, reducing rejection rates and increasing product quality.
The lean practices in which we engage have been shaped in the past by problem-solving and genchi genbutsu.
